We are excited to announce Julian is our March Employee of the month! Julian previously had experience as an intern at a different ABA company prior to becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) when he joined ACCL last summer. Since joining ACCL, Julian has demonstrated his enthusiasm for working with kids of all ages and abilities and is a consistent favorite RBT amongst the toddlers. Sessions with Julian are filled with fun, learning, and excellent building of communication and functional skills.

Julian completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tougaloo in December of 2024 and plans to receive further education once he decides which career path to take. We know whichever one he chooses, he will be an excellent asset to his professional field. We are so happy to be able to watch Julian turn into a fabulous RBT and be a part of our team!
