Rather than a comprehensive approach, some children require assistance learning skills in only a few targeted areas. ACCL Skill Building services identify the skills necessary for your child's success in a specific area like school readiness, academic functioning, adaptive behaviors, or navigating community environments. Once identified, ACCL develops specific programs to teach these skills using evidence-based methods. Progress meetings will be held regularly to monitor the progress your child is making and to make any changes or updates to reflect that progress.
